The First Annual Global Heaven on Earth Day!
Dear Heaven Maker:
On Monday, March 7th, I will be celebrating my 75th birthday.
My wife Maida asked me what I wanted.
I told her the birthday present I’d most like is having everyone, on March 7th, do one thing that creates more Heaven on Earth.
It can be any action, small or large. Just have the intention that it is a direct contribution to Heaven on Earth.
Here are some suggestions:
The Sisters of St. Martha share what they got from the Heaven on Earth course.

I recently lead an 8-week online Heaven on Earth course for a community of Catholic nuns, The Sisters of St. Martha, in Prince Edward Island, Canada.
After the course, I asked for volunteers to answer two questions:
1) What did you get out of the course?
2) What will you do to create more Heaven on Earth in the world?
A Heaven on Earth Guided Meditation
Dear Heaven Maker:
In a recent blog, I posted a link of Meghan Don interviewing me.
She was inspired to create a 20-minute meditation about creating Heaven on Earth now, as a real and tangible possibility.
She begins by taking you deep into your Sacred Stillness and asking you to rest there.
Then, she opens your senses to Heaven on Earth.
Handling your mind using the Japanese “Shisa Kanko” method
Generally, I’m a pretty ‘up’ kind of guy. Sometimes, however, my mind gets the better of me.
Several times in the last couple of weeks my mind has done just that. What with Covid (we’re in a lockdown here), the Ukraine-Russia issue, severe winter weather here, the economy, and on and on, my mind took over. I didn’t exercise, I watched too much TV, and I ate too much.
I didn’t like what was happening. I couldn’t pull myself out of it and I didn’t know what to do.
The world awaits your compassionate heart
Dear Friends,
We have a choice.
Epidemics, like earthquakes, tornadoes and floods, are part of the cycle of life on planet Earth.
How will we respond? With greed, hatred, fear and ignorance? This only brings more suffering.
Or with generosity, clarity, steadiness and love?
This is the time for love.
Let’s get up and DANCE!!!

Let’s start this brand new year off by getting our bodies moving and our Souls jumping.
“Heaven on Earth” results are up 64% for 2021
Dear Heaven Maker:
One of my 2021 goals was to support, encourage and see Heaven on Earth move up to the next level globally.
It’s happening – Heaven on Earth is a normal part of public conversation and actions, all around the world.
Here are two numbers that show this significant growth.

I’m inspired by Sono during this particular season. I wonder how our lives would look if we experienced whatever is happening with this affirmation in mind?
Heaven on Earth from a Bermudian perspective
Since writing about the concept of heaven on earth in my column a couple of weeks ago I have discovered that there is a whole network of people all over the globe who also subscribe to this school of thought.
Roses Years Later
Dear Diary:
When I was 17, I visited my sister in Brooklyn. After that, I couldn’t wait to grow up and move to New York City.
While I was visiting, my sister and I went out to dinner in Carroll Gardens. As we stood up to leave, the busboy, out of breath, handed me a bouquet of white roses he had bought on his break and asked me to go out with him.
My sister told him I was too young and was only visiting anyway.
