I believe in Zero!

Dear Heaven Maker:

I had the privilege of attending the World Parliament of Religions in Toronto, Canada, in early November.

There were people from all over the globe and religions from all over the globe – Sikhs, Buddhists, Hindus, Christians, Jews, Muslims and Jains and on and on.

All of them peacefully talking about not only their religion but about how the institution of religion could make a difference in the many sufferings of the world today.

It was deeply inspiring.

In one of the sessions I heard Caryl M. Stern, President and CEO of Unicef USA.

I knew of her because of her book, I Believe in Zero:  Learning from the World’s Children: Zero Hunger, Zero Poverty, Zero Disease

Notice she’s not talking about lessening those sufferings, which is a good idea. She’s talking about eliminating them…having them be Zero!In this interview Caryl talks about the deeply painful incident that caused her to come up with the idea of Zero.

I believe that eliminating the world’s suffering is a major Gateway into Heaven on Earth. In fact, I devote an entire chapter in my book Project Heaven on Earth to exactly that premise…the END of sufferings.

Thank you Caryl for being an Ambassador of Heaven on Earth.

Action Steps:

  1. What suffering do you want to see eliminated so that it is at Zero?
  2. What simple, easy, concrete action will you take in the next 24 hours to begin making that happen?

Wouldn’t this be a beautiful Christmas present for you to give to our human family!

Warmly,

Martin
