Dear Heaven Maker,
One of the Gateways into Heaven on Earth is ending a suffering (hunger, war, poverty, illness, etc.).
In order to do that we have to look the suffering right in the eye…we have to be present to it. Being present to a suffering opens the possibility for you to take an action toward ending it.
This week I want to share two videos with you.
The first is the effect of the current war in Yemen particularly on children, here. In it you will be present to the suffering.
The second is an interview with Melinda Gates on how she handles being in the presence of deep suffering, here.
My intention with these two videos is that you look at what suffering in the world most hurts your very soul….the suffering that you believe is unacceptable on the earth.
And then, my intention, is that you discover the one simple, easy, concrete step that you can take to begin, not making the suffering better, but actually ending it.
I say that our heartfelt desire is not merely to lessen the world’s sufferings but to end them. The Heaven on Earth objective for each suffering is to end it.
