Ray Blanchard is the President of Blanchard Consulting Group, LLC, a training & development, and consulting company with offices in San Antonio, Texas and Burbank, California. I asked him the three Heaven on Earth questions and he loved them. A week later, he had a meeting of his company’s Advisory Board, which was looking at the future of the business.
